Nathan Is 26!

Today Nathan turned 26. We didn't really do anything big or major since Nathan worked most of the day. But I made some pierogi's (A polish meal that Nathan had growing up) and a chocolate pudding fudge cake. Michael and I also decorated the living room a bit. It was fun to celebrate, since Michael is getting more aware of birthday's and the specialness of the occasions. He's so fun!

Now for the mushy stuff. I'm so grateful to have Nathan as my husband. He's such a great father and husband! I love watching him with our sons. He loves to get down on the ground and wrestle with Michael. He loves to hold and play with Xander. Xander L-O-V-E-S Nathan's glasses and the feel of his beard. And when Xander reaches for them, Nathan will gently explain what Xander is touching and the feeling on his hands, then gently pry the glasses from his stubby fingers. He truly loves our sons and it's so fun to see that love emanating from him! And Nathan is such a great husband! He's been so perfect during my PPD struggles. Nathan's job is incredibly demanding, but he makes sure to make the time for me so that I'm still sane by the end of the day. I just love him so much, and am so happy that he's my husband. Agreeing to marry him was the smartest decision I've ever made!
