We carved our family pumpkin on Tuesday before Halloween. It was fun, but Michael had some mixed feelings about it. He was interested and curious, but he didn't want anything to do with the pumpkin guts! He touched it once and he was done! It's funny to compare it to a few years ago when he was a baby and 1 and trying to eat the pumpkin guts!

The finished product!Funny side note about the face on the pumpkin. Before "designing" the face, we asked Michael if he wanted a happy face or a mad face. He said Mad face. The whole time it was being carved out he was all excited about the mad face! But when he saw it carved out and lighted up, he suddenly decided that he wanted a happy face! So we made a happy face when Grandma Stoa got into town!

Claire was the same way. She didn't really dig the guts of the pumpkin too much. Great costume, especially for Rexburg.
