3 WEEKS TO GO!!

Here's my second to last belly shot! I'll take one more the day we go to the hospital and that's that! I can't believe that I already only have 3 weeks, but at the same time I can't believe I still have 3 weeks! I feel soo ready to just have this baby and be done with this pregnancy! I feel like I've been so uncomfortable for so long that "feeling uncomfortable" is normal for me now...I can't wait to feel abnormal!

I also can't wait to know how I'm going to have this baby! I haven't posted about this, but I've been having ultrasounds TWICE a week for the last 6 or so weeks, and will continue to until he's born. (I tested positive for some ANA blood test they ran back in the first trimester, so now I'm considered "high-risk") So these ultrasounds have been fun to get a sneek peek of Xander but we're finding out he's going to be a BIIIG baby. He is already measuring at over 7 pounds, and I still have 3 weeks to go. No wonder I'm uncomfortable, huh? But anyway, I just wanna know what's going to happen. I don't neccessarily want a c-section, but will probably have one, but at the same time if I went into labor on my own, we'll try for a normal delivery (unless he's over 9 lbs, then we wont). So I just feel like maybe I can avoid the c-section, but maybe not. I just wanna know how he's going to be born so I can prepare myself for that! Yes, I realize that didn't make much sense.

Anyway, I'm just anxious to have him and meet him and see what he looks like and begin this crazy journey!!!!

You look great! I remember that feeling of "normal." When people would ask me how I was feeling, I would tell them, "Too Good!" Good luck with the delivery! Hope all goes well!

I totally understand how you feel. With out second baby they tried to induce me three weeks early to avoid a c-section but baby wasn't ready so I ended up having the c-section. Don't worry if you have to have surgery, just make sure you have plenty of help and rests lots!

You are so cute! I hope you get to experience a vbac. Good luck though.

I know you can do a vbac if the doctor lets you go into labor! Will you automatically have one if your 'overdue'? My labor was 38 hours start to finish and I was able to vbac. My birth story is on my blog. Your body is made for it if the doctor gives it the chance! k I am stepping off my soap box.
