So, I was wondering, have any of you readers ever had a Gateway??? That is what our computer is, and like I said in my previous post, our 4 MONTH OLD computer is having MAJOR issues!! It's sooo frustrating!!! So, I'm wondering, have any of you had a gateway and had issues with it?
And, to make the frustration even WORSE, we contacted Gateway about sending it up, and they wont pay for it!!! We have to buy our own box and pay for the shipping! (It'll be upwords of 30-40 BUCKS!!!!) This seems crazy to us! It's their fault it's crashing! Is this a new thing companies are doing now and we're just naive or is this wrong to any one else??
Anyway, we'd LOVE to know your thoughts!!!!

That sounds like such a pain. We got a computer from Dell a while back and from day one it had problems. David spent hours and hours talking to dell support. good luck, and sorry.
i've heard that about gateway, also, HP.
i read all sorts of reviews before i bought a new one at the beginning of last year and went with a cheap acer, but it's been working great. and that's what most of the reviews said, too.
so sorry! that's so frustrating!
