It's A Sad Day In Rexburg

Making friends here in Rexburg is not difficult. There are plenty of families and individuals who are in the same situation of starting life and raising families. What is difficult about making these friends in this town is that the town is ALWAYS changing!!! Rexburg is the home of Brigham Young University-Idaho. Every 3 or 4 months is a graduation and the town empties out and then fills up again. Most of the faces are the same from a few months previous and a lot of faces never come back, or at least not for a long time.

Three of the faces that will not be coming back for a long, long time are our friends and neighbor's of the last 2 years--The LeMiuex's. They moved on out of Rexburg last night and are making their way on out to San Fransico. We will miss them greatly!!! It will be wierd to go outside and not see Val and Claire outside or being able to go to their door and ask them if they want to come out and play. Good luck guys!!! We hope that things go smoothly and you adjust well to such a big place!!!

That was the one thing I didn't like about Rexburg, you make great friends and then they move away! Then when it was our turn to leave I was so sad too. Thank goodness for blogs so we can all stay in contact!

Hey we hear Nathan got accepted into his program in Pocatello. That is so cool. Are you not planning on BYU any more? Let us know what is up. Miss you!

It is much better to be the one moving away! Luckily, it is in an area where making more friends is usually pretty easy.
